Dairy=Bad Skin Check In

Ok...well let me start by saying I flopped in my attempt! Not completely but I did not eliminate 100%. To get some of you up to speed on this check in I made an attempt to cut out all dairy this week to see if there is a link with my breakouts.

I was great Mon and Tues. But by Wed I made my favorite protein pancakes (egg wites, oatmeal and cottage cheese). So it was only 1/4 cup that day. Next day I ate the same thing so another 1/4, oh and a glass of milk...I couldn't help myself the SF syrup needed to be washed down }( . BUT thats it. So it wasn't all that bad. I had all that stuff left in the fridge so I guess I had to keep looking at it. Since I finished it now it will be less tempting for week 2. So I guess I can consider it a success since I was a dairy animal before. So for the results...I think I see a difference. All the tiny bumps on my forehead are gone. Still have a blemish on my cheek but its not red or inflammed anymore and the other blemishes have dissappeared. Coincidence or connection? Not sure but I will keep this up for another week and then slowly add yogurt and milk back in and see. If my face reacts then I'll know for sure.

Anyone else doing their own experiment? I know you were interested Nancy (nancy324) and Sarah (Ima) you mentioned going off for a bit, interested to hear how you are doing. I know there were some other ladies on here waiting to hear if this worked so I will check back in next friday after my second week and see if i got my glow back, LOL.
