daily food (clean shelley!!!) check-in :)

ya know i love ya!

i keep a food log, but it is easier to do it this way and besides, i feel more accountable if it's public knowledge:+

breakfast: turkey bacon, egg whites and t bits pineapple

lunch: 3/4 c brown rice, yellow squash and 4 bites of ckn breast

dinner: grilled shirmp and ceaser salad with grilled veggies

i am going to try for 2 protein shakes too durring the day:)

This doesn't look like very many calories! Are you sure you are eating enough? It is clean though. Well I hope someome with more knowledge then me pipes in here. I guess you know what you're doing tho :)

Today:

Breakfast - cereal mixture (Kashi, bran flakes, all bran and oat squares) with soy milk, 12 grain toast with pb and organic blueberries

1 banana, 1 apple, some grapes.

My stomach isn't so great and I'm scared to eat lunch.
 
I took my daughter to IHOP for breakfast this morning before her finals and could only eat about 1/3 of the harvest grain & nut pancakes. It was delicious but the portions are too HUGE!!!

For lunch I'm eating an orange and a banana and a power bar later to fuel up for my afternoon workout.

Okay, I finished out the day with a bit of rice and some veggies, a low fat vanilla yogurt and a high fibre whole grain pita toasted with cheese and avocado.

AND NO COOKIES!!!:p
 
You did awesome! maybe the two protein shakes will make a difference, if not, I just can't see where you'll go wrong with this eating pan! I'm still a proponent of snacks, though! Even if you are not hungry, you'll soon feel ravenous after two hours, not to mention you'll feel absolutely thermogenic. I , to am trying to go back to this eating plan, but given my schedule, it is a struggle. Wish me luck.

oh boy. I'm trying to get better at this clean eating thing. I work in stuff here & there when I can.

B: oatmeal raisin crunch cereal & skim milk, coffee

L: 2 egg white, 1 whole omelet

D: pizza w/ sundried tomatoes, grilled chicken, broccoli, low fat mozarella & low fat cottage cheese

S: weight watchers fudgie bar

well, i didn't get 2 shakes in but add a sweet potatoe and A glass of wine to my dinner:9 there! that should be enough calories huh?

p.s. dh had reese's peices and popcorn at the movie and i had NONE! Damn i'm good!
