Daily food checkin 6-5--05

Breakfast: turkey bacon and eggs
lunch: ground turkey, ww pasta, ff cheese, mushroom caserole
snack: protein shake with berries
dinner: ckn, sweet potatoe and zuccinni

I'll try to remember what I ate today:

Breakfast - usual cup of mixed cereal, piece of 12 grain toast w/natural pb and organic blueberries
Snack - Ummmmmm.... I don't think I had a snack:p
Lunch - WW tortilla with cheese, salsa and avocado, watermelon
Snack - apple with pb (thanks to whoever suggested that combo - it's fab!)
Post cabinet building/pre workout snack - cottage cheese and pineapple
Dinner - *blush* cereal (it's late, I'm exhausted - who feels like cooking? Not me;) )
 
Shelly, if you like apples and PB, try bananas and PB..... heaven...

Breakfast - oatmeal with vanilla pudding mix and 1 T PB - bless you whoever posted this recipe...

No snack

Lunch - Light bologna and 2% cheese sand. with light mayo, 5 crackers

Supper - Pesto rotini with vegies, large salad with 2 T light done right dressing and 1/8 c. cheese...
