breakfast: egg white omlet and turkey sausage
snack: pineapple
lunch: turkey, humus, sprout sandwhich on ww bread and protein shake
snack: more pineapple and some watermelon
dinner: chicken breast, mini trees, corn and lima beans

i did not cheat today!!! yippe!!!
