BF: fiber one cereal blended with kashi heart to heart cereal, sliced banana, w/milk

LUNCH: cup of yogurt

DINNER: grilled london broil and tossed salad w/cheddar cheese

SNACK: handful of almonds

Wow, I feel like a pig compared to you two! LOL *blush*

M1: banana, oatmeal, tiny bit of walnuts, little bit of vanilla soymilk, 4 egg whites

M2: homemade veggie pizza with lf cheese on a low-carb ww roll up thingy (lots of veggies), 1 cup homemade gazpacho

M3: Salmon & Garbanzo beans in a ww pita, 1 cup blueberries

M4: turkey & ground beef meatloaf, baked sweet potato, broccoli

Dessert: slice of coconut cake *ACK* It was really yummy.... :9 x(
