Mid-morning: 3 slices turkey breast
4 Ritz PB crackers

Lunch: 1 chicken breast
large salad

Mid-afternoon: 3 slices turkey breast
2 Ritz PB crackers

Dinner: 3/4 cup garbanzo beans with chile powder

Post-workout meal: Blueberry Protein shake
