Daily Food Check-in 6/11/05

Breakfast: eggwhite omlet with 2 WW tortillas

post workout: protein shake with peach slices in it:9

lunch: tuna and brown rice

snack: watermelon

dinner: out to eat whoo-hoo!!!!

S- Watermelon/Cottage Cheese/Protein Shake
L-Fiesta Dip (beans, beef, cheese, lettuce/tomatoe)
S-Watermelon/Low Carb Choc Bars}(
D-Spicy Baked Chicken and green beans

B - Stuffed French toast -- not as bad as it sounds.... SF syrup and only 6 pts WW

S - banana with 1 T PB

L - left over yellow squash ribbons/onion/parmesan
1 c. cantaloupe

D - cook out with brother/SIL/their kids

1 Boca Burger with whole wheat bun
1 FF hotdog with whole wheat bun
1 serv. tortilla chips
1 serv. twisted cheetos (my nephew's)
and that darn brownie that I picked up and, while having a
senior moment, happily ate. x(
 
B - usual
Snack - banana
Lunch - 12 grain bread with tomato, cucumber and low fat cheese
Snack - almonds and dried apricots - 5 or 6 tortilla chips
Dinner - It was kinda weird - I had some salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, kidney beans, blanched cauliflower and a bit of cheese (no dressing), two picked beets, a spoonful of tuna and half a baked sweet potato, plus a corn on the cob.

I also picked at some things through the day. Nothing was satisying me today.
