I agree about the date.

Today is cardio. I'm doing CLX and it's calling for the same workout I did 2 days ago , so I'm subbing. Probably step.

Dentist went well and I should be set now until the permanent crown comes in - in about 3 weeks.

I did a premix off of Amy's Kickbox Xtreme adding in the bonus bag workout that was only 6 min. All in all about 50 min. of a workout.

Late check-in for me today. I did yesterday's workout of Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. Tomorrow I wrap up the burn phase of CLX

I didn't do anything I'll do CLX BC3 tomorrow and some cardio to double up for my week. I'm getting back to getting to work at 6:30 so I really need to find a way to get the arse out of bed at 4:30 but I don't know if I can do it. I'll have to find a way to get in my workouts not be so exhausted at work that I have to lay my pounding head on my desk.
