My knees are not liking BBC :( I think today I will try the cardio only from LIS.

Good Morning Phyllis, Tammy & all who follow,

I'm glad you slept better Phyllis. I went to bed a little earlier with a book and also a wish & prayer that I could sleep, and I did !

Tammy, are you doing the regular cardio from BBC? I just LOOK at that and my knees (and back!) hurt. I stick to the TM workout or just sub the cardio for something else !

Today is my mom's birthday. DH is off work for a meeting at the nursing home his mom is in, so we are taking my mom & dad out for breakfast for her birthday......then going to the meeting.
We find out today what their suggestion is for my MIL's permanant living arrangement. She has been in the nursing home for rehab and now rehab is getting ready to end !:eek:

I only HOPE I can fit in a work out today. I've had way more rest days lately than I'd choose !!!!x(

Well, I have 4DS leg work on tap for the first time and then a short run today. I hope the legs can handle it!}(

Good morning all!

I'm off today due to working this weekend and slept 'til 6:30, that felt good!

I haven't tried any of those BBC workouts yet but I've look at some of the cardio and it is INTENSE! I plan on trying it at some point.


Today is the B&G premix - floor work and abs.

Wendy - you will have no problems with a run after the legwork, it is not that intense.

Tammy - I think this will be a sweep, the Red Sox offense is no match for the Rockies pitching..

HIS is fun and challenging! I never got to the weight work. I concentrated on learning the combos. So,I can do 1 and 2 without too much trouble, but 3 has me confused. I'll have to get back to it. It took several rewinds for me to get 2. I'll try again tomorrow, but this time I'll add the weight work.

My BBC has been shipped! I'm a little worried about the high intensity cardio.

Becky, is your housean option for MIL? I know you talked about that before and you were dreading that possibility. :(

I love to run after leg work. It helps to work out the kinks. My only worry was for the HM having been on Sunday...if the legs were still really tired. They seem to be OKAY though so I should do just fine!:)
