Today will be PowerMax for me. If time allows, I'll follow it with some ab work.

Today is PS legs & abs and possibly some cardio. Yesterday I did CC#1 and PS shoulders/chest/ triceps.

Summer is FLYING by......:( just like it always does .:(

Phyllis - Thanks for the comment. The pic is pretty dark, so I will be replacing it, but it's a start in Avatarland!

Today was BC, and I did the cardio sections on the rebounder. I liked it that way alot!

Waiting for August rotation, looking forward to something different. How about you all?

Still resting, DH got up with my early riser (DS12) this morning and let me sleep in. I am not as "relaxed" as I usually am, so I am thinking I need to let out some stress on the elliptical today!!:eek: I haven't been on it in over a year!!!!

Hi all,

In response to the back question, I honestly don't know what I did but I think I overdid the taebo last week using the weighted gloves. I did taebo everyday which I don't normally do. I think I pulled something in my upper back shoulder area.

I did the Total Body Fat Blasting Cardio (taebo) today but again no weighted gloves. It was tricep day but since it had some triceps in it I am counting that since I am short on time today.

Thanks, I like the minimal hair look, it is easy to deal with!

Click on your User CP,
In the right column there should be something about an Edit Avatar.
Click on that.
There is a blank where you can insert a file from your browser ( your picture folder from Windows, etc.)
Click on Browse and those options should come up.
Click on the pic you want ( I think I had to right click )
Go back to the Avatar page, and you see the URL for your pic.
Click on update files and you should be good to go.

I am not a computer whiz, so I hope this is clear enough to understand...

My pictures didn't work, but the flower picture that came with the computer did!:)
