Good Saturday morning everyone,

This morning I did STS Meso 2 disc 1 + To the Max Triple Tabata. I modified the ab/plank moves as shoulders and chest felt a bit fatigued from my weight workout.

Conni - I hope you and conehead have a collaborative workout today.

Today was High Reps, minus the conehead - He stayed upstairs this morning! lol!
 
Hi Everyone,

This morning I did PLB all the way through. I haven't done this one in a loooong time. It's a real a$$ burner.

Conni - I like high reps but there's a bit of dread for me 'cos they sets just go on and on and are killer for me. I love the music from that series.

Carmen - always nice to see you check in

I will try some yoga later to stretch me out. I am in most of the day. I have a grade 6 book review due on friday en francais! :eek:
 
Hi everyone,

I have completed a rough draft of my book review :eek:.

I ended up doing a bit of ab work later on today - including abs from PUB and Bootcamp.

That's all I've got. Very low energy today. Barely made it out the door. It's cold, wet and damp outside. yuck.

HAPPY Sunday! warm breezes here today. today was Cathe's Yoga Relax. I enjoyed the lower back/spine rotations. Really needed that today. She cracks me up when she says "honor your body" :p

Its been four days since I started the HRT and hotflashes are practically gone. No more heart flutters or feeling startled and sleeping much better. I feel more rested and good energy throughout the day. I told my husband I have a feeling of wellbeing. So we are off to a good start....
