Daily Check in, Weekend of Oct. 3-4

Hi ladies,

Wet and rainy homecoming weekend here..
I started the May 2015 rotation today since I don't see October yet on the forum. I did Two the Max Extreme premix 2.
Haven't done that in a while and it kicked me a bit.

Chores, and errands, some OSU football this afternoon and that is about it.
 
Hi everybody! Yesterday rest day: not that I wanted to but I was busy all day. I was off from work since I had some routine medical exams. But today I did cardio core circuit: hard stuff but I feel good now. Raining here in Milan, too. Looks like fall has arrived in the end. Will spend my Sunday at home doing some cooking and watching films, reading and playing with my beloved dogs have a beatiful week end!
 
Hi ladies: today It was Afterburn. To me this is the toughest workout!!! Full of exercises in a plank position, really changelling.... Have a beautiful Sunday
 
I'm with you Sandy - Yesterday was just too busy for me that couldn't get in a workout.

Today, on the other hand, I managed Supercuts + Chest/biceps Jari Love Get Ripped & Chiselled. She really is the missionary position of weight training in this one. You just stand there, unengaged, and do what ya gotta do! :)

Today was circuit blast- it didn't feel all that tough!
Meeting with the director of the theater that wants me to do some work for them. Making soup when I get home!
