Good Morning Everyone,

Yesterday I did another Sydney Cummings Bootcamp Workout. I added on another 10 minutes superset arm workout by Sydney as well.

Have a great day everyone. I'll check in with today's workout in about an hour :) Not sure what it will be yet.
 
Hi Everyone,

I did more Cathe Pyramids today - chest and biceps. I added on a 40 minute Sydney weight/cardio workout. I could not finish the last 5 minutes i was so spent.
