Hi all,

Today was 4DS Bootcamp. I think I will have to wait to the next Cathe live class until this rotation is over. I know I will finish it prior to the end of the month, so that will be my time do workout with Cathe live, unless I cave sooner, lol!

Getting flowers in pots today and getting the patio in order. I have furniture on order and I am waiting for it to get shipped, so I will everything ready except somewhere to sit, lol!

Good morning. I got my workout in early this morning. Today was Zcut power yoga cresent poses for my warm up. that was 15 min; then Total body strength conditioning KB workout using 15 kb and 20 db. Good and sweaty.

Conni my DH upgraded our outdoor furniture about two months ago. We have an outdoor living room in the lanai area. Love it. I need to get flowers in pots too.

Today I did a mish mosh. I finished the last 25 minutes of Cathe's live class - barre/ball work + Paul Katami's Burn & Build - 4 segments (I have to modify too much with this one) + Blogilates for love handles. I have to get on with my day.

Glad to see us all getting our workouts in.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS Mes0 2 chest/shoulders/tris + Hoco April 101 year 1 - that was good and simple.

The Lanai - Carmen we do not use that word here. I have only ever heard that word used on the Golden Girls. I loved that show! They had a beautiful Lanai.

Up here in moderately freezing Ohio we call them Patios, if I tried calling this a Lanai everyone would look at me like I am an alien!.

Today was cardio day - I did LIC and Step Heat/Planks Ab Hits.

Going to get more rocks for my PATIO bed and getting down to the cemetery to clean up the graves and say hi to the folks. A day to be outside!!

Hi ladies just finished TF fire starter class. Dripping sweat.

Yes lanai is definitely a Florida word to describe the screened porch/deck/patio area. Ours is small compared to others but we love spending time there when it's not beastly hot and humid.

Off to organize the closet.
