Good Afternoon!
This morning I did iTread 2/20 minutes followed by Supreme90 Chest/Back...my oh my is that a fast paced workout. I'm already sore!
Conni ~ Thanks for getting the coffee ready this morning Have you tried a Neti pot? I'm finding it very soothing for chronic sinus problems.
Carmen ~ What a great way to work out wedding stress!
I'm done with most of the usual Saturday chores and I'm off to the showers. I think we are going to head to Dinosaur BBQ tonight for dinner...it's not my fave but it's a night off from cooking!

Tammy - The SP Chest/Back is the only one where they really seem to be racing through the reps. Even Tom is constantly telling them to slow down. The other workouts are not nearly as frantic.
Carmen - I have a Zumba dvd, but it really hard to hear the instructor, so I end up just following the moves. I like it, but I am not sold on the structure...yet..
Today was Jari's Ripped 1000, just right for my swollen head. I feel a bit better today, but I feel like my head is a bowling ball..

too much drama
Good Sunday to all. I'm suppose to do interval jump.rope but not sure I'll get to that. There is sooooo much unbelievable wedding drama here. My husband's ex wife seems to want to break these kids up! my husband and i were with bride last night listening while she cried and.cried. then today my husband's daughter missed her flight out of north Carolina. Next flight gets her here Monday night at 7:30 pm. The ceremony is Monday night at 5:30 pm. I don't think she's coming.
Not sure just how.this.is going to all play out. We've been praying very hard over here today.......

Today was S90 Ultimate Ball...loved this one and I was a sweaty mess by the end After that, I did a fast paced 30 minute incline walk on the treadmill.
Conni ~ Glad to hear the pace slows down Hope you feel better soon.
