Good morning ladies,

So I tried to the max (couldn't complete 6 minutes of tabata due to ankle) and it's tough. Even my shoulders were drenched. It's good and I like all the short segments - 4 minutes, 7 minutes, 14 minutes etc... it keeps you inspired to finish. I will try crossfire in a day or two. Did you read about her 10 disc series coming out? I just can't resist cathe. KCM's presale I can - Cathe - nope. Do either of you have her latest? do you plan on purchasing her next series?

It's cooler today so I hope you all get in a workout.

Today was intervals - I did Amy's Kickbox Surge and core refining.
Hard to do, it was soooo humid this morning, and I try to workout prior to turning on my AC.
 
Hi ladies it is sooooooo hot and humid here! Unfortunately no workout for me today. Working on clearing out the kitchen. The workers come in on Monday to start ripping things out....:eek:
