Hi ladies,
Today was Xtrain Bis and Tris, and I added the 100 rep challenge bicep curls, and then I did ball work for my core.
Heading to Cleveland today to see Book of Mormon ( this show is totally offensive, I heard, but a must see for theatre peeps, so I am taking DS who wanted to go soooo badly. I am the worst mom ever.).

Today I did:
- First 12 minutes of Athletic Training
- Cathe Supersets minus abs/stretch
- Earth Yoga Practice 1

I am going to buy the Tara Lee yoga dvd's from mary. i am loving Earth practice 1 on youtube. I like yoga for stretches and meditation. This is right up my alley.

Hi Ladies -I'm back from my Rochester, New York trip. Mom's 80th birthday was fun. Its always good to see family. And I held a "Bling,bling" happy hour at my sister's house and sold over $500 of fashion jewelry. I've decided to start selling Premier Designs Jewelry as a side job.

I need to get back to some heavy duty cardio and weights. I'll be back later with a check in.

Hi ladies,

The show was amazing! Yes, it was very off-color, but if you just take it as it is and not get offended it is actually pretty inspiring!

Today was Cardio Leg Blast and Core 2 from Xtrain. Can we say "sweaty
mess"?

Back to work tomorrow, actually looking forward to getting my mind back in the game.
 
Hi ladies today was Turbo Jam Cardio Party #1 using weighted gloves and knee sling. Sweaty mess.
