Hi ladies. Today I did the cardio portion of body max 2 (43 min). Good workout. Volunteered this morning, preparing chicken for the grill, still have company here, hot and humid today.
Today I did Cathe's Power Hour. It went by pretty quick. I hope to check in tomorrow morning too! It's good to be working out again but it was also nice to give my body a break. My ankle is feeling so much better.

Connie I love having family visit but with all the remodel, visitors and working I've had no time to workout like usual plus I'm ready for things to be normal.
