Kayaking?? Way to go, Siobhan!!! Fun and a great workout!

Today was Crossfire plus core. I am liking this one better than 2TM so far, probably because there is no stepping.
 
Hi ladies. Today I did the cardio portion of body max 2 (43 min). Good workout. Volunteered this morning, preparing chicken for the grill, still have company here, hot and humid today.

Today was TF Low Impact Hiit 25, TF Core 20. Maybe yoga later in the day....

I am back!

Today I did Cathe's Power Hour. It went by pretty quick. I hope to check in tomorrow morning too! It's good to be working out again but it was also nice to give my body a break. My ankle is feeling so much better.

Hi ladies. Today was turbo jam cardio party. I almost did a turbo fire.

Connie I love having family visit but with all the remodel, visitors and working I've had no time to workout like usual plus I'm ready for things to be normal.

Siobhan glad to hear ur bouncing back!
