Thanks for the advice. You are both smart, and right on the money.
I am trying to watch my carb and dairy intake ( I hear that helps bloating ) and I think I will try some activia as well. I am long waisted so everything is emphasized in that area, and it tends to be weaker, thus my focus.
Today was Hiit 30/30 and STS Upper Body premix, with 100 varied crunches.
