Daily Check in, Weekend of July 18-19

Hi ladies,

Today is going to be sunny an hot - it's about time!!!

I just finished Cathe Live Imax. Had some streaming issues so I just kept going with the blast until the darn thing corrected - really not nice!

More college shopping today and chores, but not much else, plan on being on the patio with a beverage this afternoon!

Conni you are right - it's a scorcher out there.

I have a retirement party to attend tonight.

Today I worked out late. I did MH cardio hiit + MH dumbbell abs.

Conni - one of the reasons I stopped Cathe Live was that I found the feed not as clear as dvds or even Suzanne Bowen Fitness Streaming. I am sure it's my computer but that isn't something I plan on changing soon. Sometimes the feedback was piercing. Oh well. I still love Cathe.

Hi Siobhan,

I have only had sporadic issues with the streaming, thank goodness.
Today was Cathe Live Boxing with Lower Body Blasts and then the Core from Upper Body Stability Ball workout. No issues today.

Going to see West Side Story at a community Theatre. My favorite show to perform ever, I would love the chance to work on it again.
Hope to see a good production..

Hi Conni,

Have fun at the theatre. West Side Story gets so intense! I love it too.

Today I did more MH workouts. I did a 15 minute lower body cardio workout + a 15 minute abs workout and I also did Xtrain bi's/tri's. Xtrain is my favourite all time series. I can't believe I got up this morning to workout. I made it to bed by 1am. Work party. I did quite a few shots which isn't like me. It was a lot of fun.

Boy it's hot out here.
