Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe ICE Upper Body Chiseled + the chest meltdown (whoa!). I added on ICE LI cardio 1 which I really liked. Reminded me of her RWH cardio workouts. I am on the fence about the upper body workout. I think it's great to have variety so this is better for a light day - not the meltdowns of course!

Counselling this afternoon. Bingo at the Church tonight. Seeing a friend tomorrow. In between, chores, kids, reading for work etc...

Henrietta - I hope you are on the mend
Conni - where are you at with the production you were working on?
Sandy - I feel your pain with that commute. That is long. I hope you love your job
Elsie - Whaaaat! I pray all is well
Dawn - for a day off you sure did a lot

Hi,

Unfortunately still no workouts for me. I really can't wait to get back to it, but despite my fever being more or less gone I am still far from fit. I have a bad stomach ache alle day and night. It doesn't matter what I eat... Even a slice of toast with nothing on it will result in terrible pain. This is no fun! Unfortunately my son is also still in a lot of pain. So instead of our normal Saturday filled with basketball and w/o we have been on the couch watching tv and reading. I think I have finished 10 put 0f my 12 magazine subscriptions from 2015. The remaining two are O magazine and Reader's Digest... Both great but think magazines. I'm nearly a year behind with both. Fortunately all my subscriptions are digital, otherwise I would have piles and piles around the house!

Yesterday two of the KCM dvd's that I recently ordered arrived. I can't wait to try them, but I will have to be a little more patient.

Everyone - thanks for your health wishes. I really hope we start really getting better soon so life can get back to normal.

Elsie - I hope everything is okay.
 
Hey everyone! I did ICE Bootcamp this morning, I love that one!! Off for some dinner with a good friend! Have a great weekend, tomorrow will be another rest day for me. Need to get my tax stuff together and things in order before I start my schooling next week! Time to buckle down and be on a tight schedule!

I think I am too. The floor routine leaves me with/aggravates nerve pain in my neck, so not even sure I am going to do that one any longer. I generally don't like hybrid core work like that. Well, I like it in theory, but my body says No. lol.

Today, I did Barlates Long Lever Upper & Lower Body workout & ICE LI Sweat premix with 1st part of cardio 1 and 2nd half of cardio 2. I haven't been doing much cardio lately, so it was excellent and breathy!!

Best of luck with keeping your study schedule on track Dawn. You seem highly organized. :)
 
Step max on this sunny Sunday. I enjoyed it so much and learnt afew new combos as well. The temperature outside is mild. I wish you a beatiful Sunday!

We didn't clean up at bingo that night but our table won twice!

Today I did To the mat + the blizzard blast + biceps meltdown. This is such a different kind of set. It's like Cathe tried to be a little something for everyone. I have to admit, these two lower body workouts are different but my thutt is feeling it and the meltdowns are challenging for me.

Great workouts everyone. enjoy the day. it's raining here.

Having inner thigh doms from workout yesterday, that's kinda unexpected. lol. Today did a short yoga practice as well as practiced serratus presses with the med ball.
I'm dreading this upcoming week. Aghhh.

Ohhh aggravated nerve pain in your neck, that doesn't sound good :( I hope things get better for you soon!! Well... I have you fooled on the organization.. haha!! I'm glad I come across that way, I'm trying to get better, I have not been very organized at all and just fly by the seat of my pants as they say.. one of my 2016 goals is to be more consistent and productive!!
