Daily Check in weekend of Jan. 4 & 5, 2014

Good morning ladies,

It's the weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekend again. Yeah!

This morning I felt energized so I did STS Meso 1 Legs (53 minutes) + Amy Dixon Fitnessglo athletic cardio drills (30 minutes). It was good and I feel workout out. I could do some abs but I've lost focus.

Great workouts from us all this week.

Today was GS Chest and Triceps, plus KM leg conditioning drills and stretch.

Hope to get errands done before the next storm hits!
 
Good morning everyone,

This morning I did an Amy Dixon KB Cardio workout from fitness glo - 45 minutes (lots of chatter so wayyyy less than that) + Lauren Brooks Kettlebutts which is another 22 minutes. That was tough as an add on. She goes heavy. I used two odd bells.

Carmen - I am impressed that you are inspired by such tough videos. I've checked out the stuff you do. I'm not sure I could do those regularly. yikes.

Carmen - I am going to check out your workouts on Youtube, can't get em via that link without a download that I am not keen about.

Today was CCC, but I just did that so I subbed, All out Low Impact Hiit and core 1 from Xtrain. One of my favs!!

Downton Abbey starts tonight, sooo excited, got my DVR ready!
 
Happy Sunday ladies, the sun is finally shining over here today :cool:. After church we took dogs for a walk, then day 3 of the fat fry workout
http://www.dailyhiit.com/videos/abs-abs-abs-workout-thehiit-17-0. This was total abs its three rounds of 50 sec work, 10 sec rest clocks in at about 12 min. I added in another 12 min intense workout with the KB. 2 min of jump rope before and after workout...whew, I'm soaked.

Siobhan these workouts are tough, but short. I feel fit, and this morning was able to slide into a slimmer skirt with ease...woo hoo!
