I am sorry you are under the weather, on on a weekend too, that makes it extra yucky, I know.
Today was a cardio day - I did Premix 3 ( 60 min) of Cathe's Greatest Hits Vol. 1. It was pretty good actually, sequenced very nicely, but I want a bit more mashup in this concept. Having said that the workout fit the bill just fine, because I don't have Athletic Step and the combos were in the workout, so there was a nice brain teaser for me on that one.
