Starting off this balmy Ohio weekend with Supercuts. I love these metabolic workouts with a lot of variety!

Errands today, DS has driver's training, and that is about it...

I am sorry you are under the weather, on on a weekend too, that makes it extra yucky, I know.

Today was a cardio day - I did Premix 3 ( 60 min) of Cathe's Greatest Hits Vol. 1. It was pretty good actually, sequenced very nicely, but I want a bit more mashup in this concept. Having said that the workout fit the bill just fine, because I don't have Athletic Step and the combos were in the workout, so there was a nice brain teaser for me on that one.
 
Happy Sunday ladies! Incredibly busy these last 5 days. No workout but I guess a good rest week.

I caught up on all the threads for the last five days and I'm inspired to see how dedicated you all are to your fitness health!!!

Annette I'm on the other coast! I hope you enjoyed some of the weather we've had, although a little cooler than usual for this area.

Siobhan - sorry to hear you have been sick. I hope you are feeling better every day.

Hi ladies,

No workout again today. I am finally on the mend - whew! This was a doozie. I healed myself with garlic poultices and eating raw garlic. No anti-biotics this time. I really should have taken a couple of days off of work but it's sooooooo busy. I hope to do some kind of workout tomorrow.
