Daily Check in Weekend of February 6th & 7th, 2016

Today I did XFA - chest/back/core workout + ICE chest meltdown + Qinetic (isaac) short legs workout. I forgot to check in yesterday. I did an XFA online workout + added in my own squats and Isaac abs from qinetic.

Hello ladies and happy weekend!!!

I did the kickboxing and heavy legs on the 4 day split dvd today, then I added in some barbell glute bridges and other glute work on my own. Those low end lunges are BURNERS.. holy smokes.. my right leg is weaker than my left and I hate when I'm doing the right side, my left leg will use my hip flexors and quad to help the right.. it's so hard to get my right leg to do all the work..working on balance can be tough sometimes!! All in all and awesome workout! Have a great weekend, I might just do some walking tomorrow!!
 
Hi ladies, this week was my recovery week from Sts. After doing Ice low impact sweat, Kpc and pilates on the first three days of the week I took 2 days of full rest. I really needed them, felt so fatigued that all my other daily activities have been impacted as well. A lot of mental stress contibuted to this tiredness. Today I started Meso 2 with disc 13, Chest, Shoulder and triceps. I added Abs circuit pilates based and some exercises with the pull-up bar which I received this week from Amazon. Actually I'm really a beginner, so I will have to do beginners'exercises first, like using a step to get into position and then hold it for a few secs or coming down slowly. I loved today's session, the pilates based abs section is great. I feel reinvigorated! Wishing you all a fantastic Sunday!
 
Good Sunday girls! Today was Hardcore extreme except the last 2 blasts as I ran out of time redoing Imax 3 combos to learn them, then 20 mins Stretch Max with the ball. I love stretch, makes you feel sooooo good!
 
My Goodness Sandy - you sure have coordination. I simply cannot get myself to do cathe's more complicated step routines. Good for you.

Today I did ICE Sweat 2 + the Blizzard Blast + 1 round of back. I gave up. A few families got together last night and, well, there was wine, cake, lotsa sugar etc.. it impacts my endurance the next day - like today!

Sandy, have you ever tried tapping? you can look up tapping for... anything on youtube. If you are curious - try brad yates. I find his stuff clears blocks in my energy - which sounds odd but it works!!!!
