Good morning everyone,

Today I did 4DS Total Body. I typically blew off the band work. It's a long workout but good.

I added my weighted abs + Tabata 1 from Tabatacise. It was a nice looong workout.

Hi ladies,

I did Cathe Live Metabolic Workout this morning.
Rehearsal went well, now we have one heck of a snowstorm and the city is low on salt for the roads....way too much fun in Ohio.
 
Hi Conni,

Today I did Michael Olajide Jump/Sculpt - the whole thing. Wow, there was a time when I couldn't even get through half this workout. Now I can do the whole thing with EASE!!!! Not sure what helped my endurance improve.

Good workout yesterday. Curious what's on the agenda today for you.

We are pretty snowy and cold here too.

Hi Siobhan,

Rest day for me today - TF Stretch 40 and Cathe Yoga Ab circuits..
Errands and cleaning, hoping to relax a bit today at some point.
