Good morning everyone.

Today I did RWH Back/rear delts/biceps + TTM Triple Tabata + weights abs + stretch.

Happy Saturday everyone! I am still walking with mom. Sometimes 1.6 miles a day but mostly over 3miles per day. When she leaves I will get back to swinging the kettlebell and body weight exercises.

One our our dogs died last Wednesday. It was unexpected. She had 2 seizures and in less than 2 weeks she died after having a massive seizure while napping. It was the saddest thing my husband and I ever experienced. She was fine and out of the blue this started. She was 11. The others dogs (we have 4) seems to be looking for her. My husband and I are still sad and kind of still can't believe it.

Carmen - I am so sorry to her about your loss, I will give extra hugs to my Sherman for you and your sweet pup.

Today was Cardio Core Circuit- one of my biggest dread factor workouts, the cardio is the most intense for me !
Had a long rehearsal day today but it was fruitful.
Heading out tonight to see the Junior Class Play - Vintage Hitchcock. Gotta support these wonderful kids!

Today I did TTM Low Impact Premix + about 15 minutes of Tracy Anderson's Post-Pregnancy Ab workout (library find).
