Yesterday was KCM Kickboxing ( Both workouts plus abs and core).. I wore my gloves and really upped the intensity. Good sub for Cathe's MMA

Today was Cathe Live Cardio and Weights instead of BM 2.

Busy weekend before DS moves to dorms!!

Today I did Paul Katami 4X4 - why 4X4 when it's actually 4 1 minute segments X 5 rounds? I couldn't manage the last round. Instead, I did Mike Change 10 minute push-up/abs challenge. It was tough.

Today was KCM Cardio Quick Fix the 2nd workout.

Now I get my hair done. Our middle son is settling in to his new college apartment after flying down yesterday morning.

DS moves on Thursday, getting a lot of stuff done in the meantime..

Today was ( wink Siobhan ) Cathe Live Compound Weight Sets. Great mix of weights with a great cardio factor.

Painting a bit today, just some repair work in DH's bedroom, cleaning and then doing some ribs on the grill. BBQ! Yum!

Today I did Pyramid Lower Body - standing portion only + my own upper body pyramid with workout - chest/shoulders/biceps + a stretch.
