Good morning ladies,

Happy Saturday to you all, it is going to be nice hot pool day here in NE Ohio, after chores, of course.

Today I did a great rebounder combo - I did BM 2 warm up and Power Circuits ( lower body weights on the floor..) on the rebounder, then Upper Body weights, abs and stretch. NICE!

Time to clean!

I did Cathe's Low Impact Circuit...like this one but it is about 10 minutes too long IMHO :confused: After that it was CleanMax :confused:

Hi everyone! The day just got by me. I get a failing grade for working out. Sometimes I just cant get it together. Its been four days since I've worked out (never got to work out on Thursday even though I checked in with what I was going to do). I hope to find the time tomorrow and make up for lost time somehow.

On a happy note, I volunteer at our church GED ministry and today found out two of our students passed their GED test on the first try! I guess we're pretty good teachers. :)

no workout for me today. I was in and around buffalo shopping for 9 hours. No joke. that didn't include the drive. OMG - the deals in comparison to here. It's shocking. so many things were half price to a third off the standard price of things available now and the dollar is pretty much at par.

Bought Supreme 90 for $13.98!!!!! I've been wanting this for a while. It promises I can get ripped in 90 days. It says nothing about shifting my diet. I can't wait to be ripped. but wait, jari love promised me i would get ripped to the core. jillian michaels also promised me six pack abs and that i would shred the weight right off if I just bought her workouts. bob harper promised me similar things too and tony horton, well he assured me that if i just 'bring it', i'd get ripped just like him. now this new guy's promising me I can get ripped in just 90 short days? Hmmmm. I can't wait.

have a good evg everyone. big workout tomorrow. ate every meal on the road today. bread, bread and more bread.

Carmen - Congrats on your students , you should be proud!!

Siobhan - Well, I guess if you do all the workouts that promise 90 day results at one time, you could be "ripped in 3!"

Today was Cardio - I did CLX Burn Intervals, then CLX Extreme Abs.

Just went to breakfast with DH and DS, first time DH has gotten out of the house for a loonnngggg time.

Starting chores soon..not much else planned today.

thanks to supreme 90 I got to do Tabata Inferno. OMG. I could not workout after that and today is my leg day so..... I will try again later. Had to jump in shower right away I was drenched beyond.

Carmen - good news about the students passing their GED's. That's a big deal.

Conni - DH not getting out of the house much? I certainly wish him better days

Tammy - I like LIC but cannot get some of the moves. Step is tough for me. My space is small and I workout on the computer these days so can't rewind as easily as with a tv/dvd player - all that will change soon - i'm hoping.

Hi Ladies - it was hard to talk myself into working out today. I dont know what it is lately. I went for a 12 min bodyrock style workout. 50 sec of work 10 sec of rest.

double arm swings (15 lb db) 30, 27, 37
jump rope high knees 60, 100, 140
burpee 9, 8, 8
Jump rope high knee 74, 100, 143

also did 12 min of abs
crunches 30, 30, 30
left jack knife 27, 30, substitute
right jack knife 27, 30, substitute

plank hold 50 sec

going to hit the showers then finish the laundry.

Hi all!

This morning I did CC#6 (sean's version)...then I had my family over for dinner to celebrate my Dad's 76th birthday. I'm catching up with laundry now...I'm bushed...hope I can wake up on time tomorrow for a workout :confused:
