Getting alot done today, we got tickets to the Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone for tomorrow's final round. I can't wait. DS and I always have a great time, and our neighbor gave us VIP passes. SWEET!

Today was circuit - I did Kelly's SOTTC.

Hi!

Yesterday I did Ellen Barrett's Skinny Sculpt...I am really enjoying her dvds :D Today I did the first 30 minutes of Firm Classic Vol#2 followed by the total body challenge from Ellen Barrett's Crunch Pick your spot pilates :) We also did a short bike ride before it started to rain.

I am really enjoying the pilates workouts and I'm down 4 lbs in 2 weeks :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D My appetite has dropped and my core has really pulled in. Now I just have to figure out a rotation to keep the momentum going.

Good Sunday afternoon ladies - I just finished JM's ripped in 30 week 3 workout. It was a tough 20 min workout for me. I also added 10 minutes of jump rope.

Going to make an egg white and spinach breakfast casserole. That will be my breakfast this week. Trying to clean up the eating and ramp up the workout intensity to see if I can get rid of some of this baggage ;)

Thanks for the weight loss kudos...there is still some poundage to be lost though...I have to figure out some kind of rotation to do.

Hi Everyone,

I was away this weekend but now I'm back. no workout yesterday but i did 30 minutes of one of jari's total body workouts - the red one which is split into two workouts. i just don't like her style anymore. then i did two segments of tracey mallett's pilates super sculpt.

good workouts everyone. tammy - nice work on the weight loss and likely inches lost around the tummy. i find pilates is working well for me right now too. i looked up info about it and read that 3x's wk is good enough. years ago when i whittled my waist to 26 inches I was doing pilates 3x's wk then too - stayed like that for a long time.
