LIC Conni - goodness I have so many workouts that I just haven't gotten to that one in a while.

Carmen - lucky you for a date!

Annette - Good luck with the interview - we are rooting for you.

This morning I did the first section of Cathe's new TTM. Next, I did Meso 1 disc 4 - chest, shoulders and biceps. This meso cycle really gets your heart rate up!

Lots of chores today and baking. We are having people in for dinner tomorrow and I am having a short visit with a friend out of town so most must be done today. I have this great plum cake recipe so I think I'll make that!

Hi everyone,

Rise and Shine!!!!

I am visiting a friend out of town today so it's an early start.

This morning I did Anni's Fierce Force - 30 minutes - goodness that is a tough tough workout. I can't imagine being able to complete a full hour. Next, I did the abdominals section from Core Fusion Abs & Arms. I love these two. I did Core Fusion Arms and abs (both ab sections last night too) last night too - it was 20 minutes.

Enjoy our day ladies. Conni - how did the Salmon work out? I tried a nice Jacob's Creek wine last night - it's a goodie.

Hi ladies,

Siobhan - I love grilled food and with DH not really able to do much, I figured it was up to me. Some things I wish I didn't have to do, but this is one thing that is nice to know ( and very easy!)

The salmon was good but DH and DS just don't like salmon. I wish they did, it is a super food, but what can I do?

Today was Low max but I traded that away a long time ago ( boring...) so I did Marcus Irwins Step Pro and then the pilates from TCS 2.

BBQ chicken and corn today, if the rain clears up....
 
Hi ladies I missed my workout yesterday but today I did cathe cardio core circuit. Five drills! I thought it was never going to end. I don't know if it was tough or dread.

Connie I'm doing chicken on the grill too. It's marinating right now in a Baja citrus marinade.
