Hi Ladies,

Today was LIS Total Upper Body Trisets. I like this one better than the lower body one, which is tomorrow.

Cleaning, doing errands, picking up a movie or two to enjoy. DH is in bed most of the time, and with DS on his trip I think I might get some chick flicks!
 
Hi Conni,

This morning I did JVM weights bi tri and shoulders. Next I did KCM plyo from cardioblast. Next I did Jessica smith corset abs from her ten pounds down cardio wrkout.

Conni I hope yr sh mends. Yr a dedicated woman.
 
Hi ladies had too much running around today that I couldnt get a workout itn :( But I got four dress on big sale at Dress Barn :D

Tomorrow church, workout, cleaning, packing for trip!

Hi ladies,

Siobhan - I don't know if dedicated is a good word. Believe me, I reach my limits sometimes, and it is very hard to be the "warm caregiver" that everyone expects me to be. I often wonder how long I can keep this up without going bananas. Pain does crazy things to people, and DH has become a very different person than he used to be.

Some good news though - DH received his disability hearing findings in the mail yesterday, and the judge ruled fully favorable, which means that he will be getting disability finally! Now, we probably wait until freaking forever to start getting payments, but at least this hurdle is jumped. DH wasn't really all that responsive, he is in alot of pain and can't focus on much, but hopefully he will be happier.

Today was Lower body - I just don't get all that much from TBT Lower Body so I did TF Low Impact Hiit 25, then TJ Lower Body Jam. Maybe some yoga later, if I get the family room to myself.

BTW - I did get some chick flicks; Larry Crowne ( which I thought was very good, I am a huge Hanks fan), and Breaking Dawn ( is this series ever going to end? )

DS comes home tonight!!

This morning I did Centre Floor by Kari Anderson. I hope to do something later as I am feeling fatty. Just in the lower belly!!!! No where else.

Conni - Good workout - as usual. thanks for the update. I am glad you got some good news. I'm sorry to hear that you are having to cope with so much. if any of us can do anything for you - please let us know e.g. share more of the fitness wealth sitting on our shelves - I am happy to do that - just let me know if I can mail you a little bit of joy.

Carmen - I hope you get in a workout.

Mass was a bit zzzzz today. We have this visiting priest who is wonderfully reflective but he wasn't here today. Oh well - many familiar faces were so that's good.
