Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did another Yvette Bachman - cardio + legs + my own stretch.

I tried Cathe Live Bootymax (As per Peg's suggestion. I still have my subscription until the 20th) but I had to stop. Not sure why. I just needed Yvette's music

I am working most of today my friends. Have a good day and - good workouts

Hi Siobhan and all still to follow,

Another busy Saturday here. Long walk with Mick this morning and then I did Cathe Live Total Body with Step blasts which I really enjoyed and then off to my son's game. I had to do the clock/timer today for the game, first time ever, so the tension that caused in my body made it feel like another workout!

Lovely weather here today. I ran outside for an hour. I'm going to do some upper body weights before dinner, but I'm not sure what exactly.

Hi all! Siobhan how was that Yvette workout? It’s on my list to do. Yes, she does have better music. Henriette I remember the days of doing a lot of stuff for my daughters sports team. It’s a lovely memory and sometimes I miss those days. Missy I’m still waiting patiently for spring. I haven’t given up hope for warmer weather.

Today I did Jeanette Jenkins Sexy abs cardio sculpt. She’s fun to do, a lot of energy.

Hello to Linda, Elsie and Annette!

Hi Everyone,

Y'all having good weather? Weather here is so bad clients cancelled counselling this weekend! Hail, snow, freezing temperatures wow! thank goodness I still have my snow tires on. Where is spring?

Peg - I love Yvette's workouts. I have to stagger them, however, because my ankles/feet/shins are not strong enough for high impact cardio many days in a row. I have never done a jeanette jenkins workout - ever.

Henriette - what gets you so motivated to walk daily? I mean you workout, take care of your family, have a full time job, your son does sports etc.. is walking a regular thing that most people do for leisure? or, is this just a reflection of your athleticism? I am asking because I am truly amazed that you fit in walking and a workout pretty much each day. very impressive. maybe there's a motivational book in there somewhere for you :)

Today I did a youtube workout of virtual skogg. Skogg really is the best. I added on Cathe's Fit Split chest/triceps/shoulders (push day) and pushed heavier than cathe but with wayyyyyyyyy fewer reps. I really like Fit Splits - i haven't done the cardio though.

enjoy the day ladies. Glad to see us checking over the weekend.

Hi everyone. Siobhan I know what you mean about Yvette. I was going hard for a bit but I was exhausted! She’s tough. I’ll definitely still do her stuff but like you, I’ll stagger them.

Henriette I wish I walked more. The weather has been ugly and cold. I’m hoping to start making it a priority once the weather gets warmer. Perhaps with my daughter and our pups.

Today was sort of a rest day. I started a workout then my daughter called saying she was coming by so i stopped and made cinnamon rolls instead.

Hi to all who follow!

Today it was very rainy. Lots of wind. So I did my physical fitness test - BodyMax 2. I did it on 6 inches. It wasn't pretty, but I finished.

I'm hoping to run tomorrow. I'm also thinking about doing some swimming.

Hope everybody had a great weekend!

Hi all,

Today I had a slow start. I got to sleep in! Mick woke up at 7.30 (he'd had a bottle during the night) and his dad took him downstairs just before 8 so I could sleep a bit longer. I really needed that!

Today I did Yvette's Cardio burn body weight with biceps. I must admit my boys interrupted me a few times so the workout took 10min longer, but every time I hit pause it was very welcome! Yvette's workouts are tough... so fast. Mainly HiiT. I also wouldn't be able to do them daily.

Siobhan - I used to achieve fireworks (10,000 steps) on my FitBit mainly through my workouts. But now with a baby, I walk a lot with him as it puts him to sleep and then my indoor workouts are often shorter due to time constraints. Also my indoor workouts often focus on strength and pure cardio like Step or kickboxing is a special treat.

So my motivation for walking:
- it gets me from A to B
- it puts the baby to sleep
- the fresh air is nice after spending so many hours indoor at the office

I also find excuses to walk a bit more, like Sunday end of the afternoon I still had to get a few things from the store and then I decided the store in the village approx 2 KM away has softer bread rolls then the store near us (different chain of stores), so why not walk there with Mick, he was in need of a nap anyways. On the way back it started raining and I realized I had forgotten the beans for the chili I had been excited about having for dinner, so we still had to circle around past the store nearer to us anyways.

I hope everyone has a good start to their week.
