Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did Gym Styles Triceps + Slow & Heavy Triceps. Next, I added on my glute challenge which took about 20 minutes. I can't fit cardio on these days.

Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Cathe Live - her recent crossfire one. Phew! Glad that one was quick and dirty. It was tough at times. Next I did GS Shoulders + Slow & Heavy Shoulders. I added on an ab challege (day 15) as it's rest day for my legs.

Yesterday was Cathe Live Bootcamp, and today was Christi's Hi/lo Heaven.
