This morning I did Angie Miller KB workout all the way through.

It's chaos here with the floors being put in but they look nice.

Next step - choosing fabrics and painting - that starts end of july 2014 phew!

Good morning everyone,

I have a busy day ahead.

Today I did STS Meso 2 disc 2 - chest/shoulders/tri's + an 11 minute Zuzka Light KB workout.

And yes, Conni - once floors and baseboards are in (almost done) we are having the whole house painted except for a couple of rooms we did last year. Funny thing, we had to pick out fabric options for roman shades down the back of the house and for my DD's room the best match was a fabric called Cecilia??? My DD's name is Cecilia! So strange when there are thousands and thousands of fabrics to choose from in this store.

Happy Sunday. Today I did an intense 12 min workout I am on an endorphin high right now. Added in some rope at the end and some hanging leg lifts and pull ups. Yeowsa!

No workout for me yesterday. We went to the Mango festival then pool time. It was sooooo hot yesterday.
