Daily Check in Weekend edition Nov. 10 & 11

Good morning ladies - I've missed workouts for a few days now. We re-tiled the whole house and one bathroom. We are busy today cleaning, dusting, and putting rooms back together. My workout today will consist of lifing furniture, pulling, pushing, wax on, wax off, bending, etc. :confused:

The only room left to do is the master bedroom and bathroom. We need to empty that and live in one of the spares. I've been trying to keep the eating in check but that got tough once the kitchen was out of commission. Everything looks so nice! Hard to believe this is the same house. God has been so good to us.

Good morning everyone,

Good shopping in USA. Shoes/boots are about $100 cheaper there (per pair!!!) so we bought something for everyone.

Today I did STS Meso 2, week 3, disc 1 - chest/shoulders/triceps. In between I did CCC (sans warm up and abs and cool down). Then I did stretch max 'cos my body is pretty stiff. Long workout but a good one.

I hope you all get a workout in today and are able to check in....

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did Rapid Fire 2 - seeing as rapid fire 3 is coming out. I managed 1 hour and stopped part way thru the metabolic section. I need to get ready for mass. Although this workout gets rave reviews - it's just a bit choppy for me - the moves I mean. I really prefer Cathe for kickboxing. The moves flow better for my brain.

Carmen - Sounds like your place looks great!

Conni - I am sure you are working out - just not getting a chance to check in

Happy Sunday!!! slept in a little and caught the service online. A little sore from past couple of days with the furniture moving, etc. I have plans to have a european facial today at 1 pm.

Hi ladies,

I am here, not to worry. Hard to get access while DH is in here, but he is doing okay with me being on the computer ( for the moment..).

Saturday - MM upper body premix, adding on abs and stretch.
Sunday - Hiit 40/20 and Yoga Relax premix 1.

Getting alot done for the upcoming holiday....Hope you are all well!!!!!!!
