Daily Check In, Weekend Edition Aug 21-22

Good morning everyone,

Everyone working out this morning???

Today was cardio - I did Tracey's Kickbox Strikezone and her Coreblast on the ball.

Doing some chores today, nothing too crazy... maybe some pool activity, it is going to be another hot one!

I did Fire 45 EZ yesterday and Tone30 today. Still lovin' it !!!!!! :)

Hi All!

This morning I did 10 minutes of kettlebell snatches alternating 10 left and then 10 right. Then I did 3 segments of 8-round HiiT intervals. The first segment was 8 rounds of 20 seconds rest w/40 seconds work. The 2nd segment was 8 rounds of 15 seconds rest w/30 seconds of work. The 3rd segment was 8 rounds of 10 seconds rest w/20 seconds of work. Definitely a puke-worthy workout. :eek: I was literally drenched in sweat :D:D

I just finished vacuuming the whole house and washing the floors. This afternoon we are going to my Mom's to celebrate my Dad's 75th birthday...I made a pasta salad to bring :p

Hi everyone - I think I'm going into day four of no work out :(. We had our tile floor grout cleaned and sealed. They came out very nice. Big difference. My normal routine feels a little messed up so that's why I'm thinking I may not get a chance to work out later today.

I'll check back tomorrow.

Tammy - wow, that was a major mishmosh yesterday girl, I salute you!

Becky - I have to force myself not to do Chalene, I would do them all the time. Next month I can go back to the HiiT workouts, yeah!

Today was rest day/total body day - I did Patrick's Hard Core Conditioning workout and 100 crunches. I just got this in a trade. It doesn't seem that hard but it really sneaks up on you!

Back to cleaning, cutting DS hair to get ready for school to start, and just seeing what the rest of the day brings.
 
Today's my rest day ! I might do a stretch or yoga though.
Connie, I know, I LOVE TF !!!!!!!!! Thanks for pushing me in that direction (gently, of course) ;)
I am doing the TF rotation, and look forward every day to my workout. I think it needs more weight work so I did premixes from 4DS last week and will do something else this week.....not sure what yet.

Late check-in for me

Another busy day here w/family outings!

This morning I did 3 rounds of the following 5 exercises:
KB Halo x15 reps one direction and 15 reps the opposite direction
Two-handed KB Swing – timed for 30 – 60 seconds
KB Goblet Squats x 15 reps
KB Single Arm Row (right then left) x 15 reps each side
KB Reverse Lunge (right then left) x 15 reps each side

I then reset the Interval Timer for 5 cycles of 15 seconds rest and 45 seconds Max effort and I performed the following medley of Kettlebell Swings:
Kettlebell Single Arm Swings (right)
KB Single Arm Swings (left)
KB 2-Handed Swings
KB Alternating Swings
KB Vertical Swing

Thanks to Marianne @ myomytv.com. I am loving her site and getting lots of ideas there. I added on 100 bicycle twists at the end.
