I did get to Step Moves .......but I did sort of like you did Tammy. I did the warm up, combo 1 twice, then combo 2 twice.......the stretch and abs .....
I pretty much got them down but didn't have the time to do combo 3 like that too, so I'll work on learning that one next time !
Not so great on the heart rate either, but better than no workout at all and at least I'm working on learning SM!!
Tomorrow's a rest day. I'm enjoying the rotation too Tammy. I've had DOMS all week in various places. ; )
