Daily Check In Week end 9 &10

Good morning. I'm taking today and tomorrow off. I'll start again on Monday with GS Legs and Core Max 3. I'm volunteering at the GED ministry this morning. It is cold, grey and raining out. I hope students show up.

Ahhhh...I LOVE sleeping in :) Now I'm chillaxin with a nice hot cup of coffee :)

I have SC Step Moves and Ab Circuit Yoga Based abs on the rotation for today. This should be interesting as my legs are SO sore from yesterdays workout :confused:

I have lots of housecleaning to catch up on today...UGH!

Today I felt like having fun, so I did Christi's Fit to Dance. Now I am off to run a few errands, do some cleaning, and just the normal weekend stuff.

HI all,

I did 25 min. of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme and 35 min. of Billy Cardio Bootcamp for my workout today. I did use my weighted gloves in the taebo workout.

I am just glad I got a workout in today.

I'm late checking in today but we ran all kinds of errands in the morning .
I WANTED to do SM *on rotation for today* while Dh watches football but now my DD has a friend over & they are hanging out in the living room , which is where I do step.:( Not sure if I'll work something out or take a rest day and try again tomorrow. My little gym (oldest dd's old bedroom) isn't big enough for me to step in there.

Step Moves has quite the learning curve. It is 45 minutes long, but took me 75 minutes. I did it all the way through and then went back to each step combo until I had them down. It is a fun step workout, but my heart rate never really got up there. Now that I have learned it, I'm hoping to put more oomph into it ;)

Annette ~ Great workout!

I cleaned for about 3 hours and I'm still working on the laundry...had about 7 loads. I'll probably won't get to the last load, but I'll do that one tomorrow morning.

I finished the first week of Cathe's January rotation and I liked it. I'll probably do a treadmill workout tomorrow morning.

I did get to Step Moves .......but I did sort of like you did Tammy. I did the warm up, combo 1 twice, then combo 2 twice.......the stretch and abs .....
I pretty much got them down but didn't have the time to do combo 3 like that too, so I'll work on learning that one next time !
Not so great on the heart rate either, but better than no workout at all and at least I'm working on learning SM!!

Tomorrow's a rest day. I'm enjoying the rotation too Tammy. I've had DOMS all week in various places. ; )

Becky ~ Good job on the workout! I think combo 3 is the easiest to learn, so you are in good shape!

Tammy - I did get some chillaxin time yesterday, and hope to go the same again today.
I am doing a leg workout this morning, supposed to be GS legs, but I just don't want to..
I think I may do Tracey's Glute Camp and core workout instead..We shall see..Maybe Margaret Richards...hmmm....

Carmen - Not to worry, Chocolate is good for you!:rolleyes:

Rest day for me today and I'm taking it ! I think I'll do some stretching or yoga though.....these muscles NEED it !!!
ugh I hear you Carmen, but Chocolate isn't the worst choice . Was it dark ??

Doing some chores before Football Playoffs...Not going anywhere today!
 
Good sunday morning!! I forgave myself for eating all that chocolate yesterday :p Rest day for me today. I will start with GS legs tomorrow. I feel like I want to do some sort of cardio today though.

Connie great work out. It was a mix of dark chololates and milk chocolates. I have a weakness for chocolate covered cherries...ugh!

Tammy - Enjoy your CC session. I love cardio coach!
