Today's workouts:

Blender- "Low Impact Cardio & Combination Moves" - 20 min.
Hydrow- 10 min. "Quick & Efficient" Rowing & Weights Circuit
YT-CrossRope- Jump Rope & Compound Moves with Dumbbells - 10 min.

That's my workout day.......Hope you all have a good day!

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday as I had to drive my DD back to Ottawa. Today I did a 45 minute total body workout with C&E.

Lots of cardio/metabolic moves this morning Linda! WTG.

Hi ladies,

Today after getting my blood drawn I came home and did a 71 minute light weight workout going really high on the reps. I was using 8,10 and 12 pound dumbbells in that order, roughly 15 minutes per weight for all the exercises done, then I would switch to the next weight and work the same exercises sometimes adding a different exercise for the same muscle and delete another one and so on. I finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a nice stretch.

And yes, my inner thighs and top of thighs are feeling yesterday's workout!

I am praying that my blood work looks good. I see the kidney doctor on Monday.
