Today's workouts:

YT-Kaleigh Cohen- Cycling Warmup - 11 min.
Blender- "Chest: On the Ball" - 15 min.
KCM-Lean Body Circuits-Premix: Lean Body Boxing- 20 min.

That's it! Nora, I enjoyed the short cycle warmup with Kaleigh. I can see why you enjoy her workouts!

I didn't turn the tv off until about midnight, so I'll probably be napping today too! :)
