Hi ladies,

Today was RK. I subbed upper and lower crunches for the last arm combo. I think I will sub the heavy bag work for the last combo section next time, even though I don't have a bag, lol.

Hi everyone,

this morning I got up to workout??? I was soooooooo tired.

this morning I did Kettlebells for beginners (paul katami) - drills/combo segment. Next I did X10 Circuit blast or whatever it's called.

Conni - I like the heavy bag workout.

Annette - I want to try that one - I might just buy it.

Carmen - got your note. I agree with you - you are one smart and educated woman!
