Hi Siobhan and Geoff,

Today I taught my Total Body Challenge routine for an hour to 3 ladies. It is one tough workout, whew!!

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including dumbbells for chest press and flyes, overhead triceps, and hammer curls, then did cable work for chest and another exercise that gets all upper body. Then it was onto floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I get my covid booster shot at 3.

Siobhan, how is going back to the office working out?
 
Yesterday, was Denise Austin Quick Cardio Burn. Went a bit light on the weights because I was sore from doing Kathy Smith Secrets of a Great Upper Body the previous day, and went up in my weights. Shoulder, I think is close to if not 100% better. Leg and Hip are still lagging :( Cathe Pyramid Lower Body mat work planned for today.
