Hi all,

Today was Xtrain Burn Sets Upper body. Seriously? I don't have 80 minutes to do that, so I am breaking it up.
I did BS Chest, Back and Shoulders with CLX ab burner.
I will the Bis and tris either tonight ( yeah, right) or on the rest day.
 
Hi gals,

I did KCM's Quick Fix Cardio the 2nd workout on that DVD, then did Taebo Express Fancy Footwork to burn the 500 calories (total for all workouts) I like to burn in all my workouts.

Good evening everyone,

I worked out after work today. I did STS Squat Rack Legs disc 4 + the first 20 minutes of Lean Legs & Abs. I am drenched. wow.

I hope to get some cardio in tomorrow morning.
