Hi ladies today it will be 12 min of strength (bodyweight) and another zumba class. Only four months till my son's wedding and im trying to grow my hair out a little and tighten up the loose parts lol.
Sorry I have been MIA, but Work+sick = no workouts for me this week. So maybe next week I will feel better and be able to get a workout in on a few days. I only have sub jobs for Monday and Friday so far.
I do have a job interview on Friday but I am thinking of rescheduling it if I can since I don't feel well (intestinal bug) and it is a group interview so I am not sure how that will work.
