Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of walking the dog and listening to the birds chirping, an ICE Cathe warm-up, T&D for lower body for 20 minutes, Dan the Hiit Man for abs (15 minutes).

Nice to see us all checking in yesterday. Nicki - It sounds like you've found a house with no issues due to being a new build. Fingers crossed for you.

CoffeyFit Raw- "Home Gym Intervals # 1" (treadmill) - 25 min. (one of my favs in her app)
CoffeyFit Raw- "Heavy Bag Finisher" - 11 min.
YT-Coffeyfit- "Boxing with Dumbbells" - 19 min. (this was fun, one that she put on YouTube)

Some nice workouts so far Linda and Siobhan.

Nicki, glad you found a new house to put an offer in on, will keep praying.

Today was Jamie McKagan's newest Cardio Kickboxing workout for 52 minutes. She took all my advice and it showed, and did a shout out to me during the live version (which is way too early for me since it is streamed from the UK) 3 times. I really loved the workout.

Turbo Jam- Cardio Party 2 = 44 Min
Chalean Extreme- Push Circuit 2= 35 Min

WOW! That Turbo Jam Cardio really works the abs, waist, and obliques without doing floor work abs- good stuff! Chalean Extreme is a good weight workout at least for me.
