YT-Coffeyfit- "Boxing with Dumbbells" - 19 min. (this was fun, one that she put on YouTube) WOW!

Turbo Jam- Cardio Party 2 = 44 Min
Chalean Extreme- Push Circuit 2= 35 Min
WOW! That Turbo Jam Cardio really works the abs, waist, and obliques without doing floor work abs- good stuff! Chalean Extreme is a good weight workout at least for me.
