I wasn't feeling it today so I only did a 30 minute hiit bodyweight workout by Dan the hiit man. I almost did nothing.

Nora - when you and Linda post jump rope workouts it inspires me to pull mine as I love jump rope

Nora, it sounds like you have already received your CrossRope ropeless set..... Please share your thoughts............you used the 1/4lb attachments........how different do they feel from the ropeless you used before............how about the 1/2lb........... are they easy to change back & forth and do they seem pretty secure? Thanks for anything you can share........

Oh, regarding CrossRopes Ropeless Jump ropes are cool and tough. I've only used 1/4 pound so far and that was intense. I could feel it in my arms and abs. I was a sweaty mess, but felt amazing. I decided to start off conservative with the weights and boy I'm glad that I did, 1/4 pound weights are tough so be conservative and see how you feel. It will be awhile before I can work my way up to 1/2 and 1 pound weights. Great intense workout and so portable too, love that! Have a good evening
Annette- I'm still sending you prayers for your recovery. I'm glad this surgery went better. I would like to suggest Anbusol (sp?) its for teething pain sold over-the-counter that can be applied directly to gums or area to help ease the pain. I hope that might be helpful for you. Hang in there, take you pain relief maybe that will help you to sleep.
