I did great glutes too conni. I added on my own heavy weighed squats + kickbox burn abs. Have a good day.
 
Hi gals, I am getting sick so I did 8 minutes on the elliptical and 35 minutes of weight work at the gym.

Dh has been home all week with the flu and now I think he has shared:-(
