Today I did Cathe's S&S RUUB for 47 minutes. I will do my own extended stretch for 10 minutes.

It looks like most of us squeezed in a workout yesterday - WTG!!!

Blender- "Total Body with Toys" - 34 min.
Interval Time App- " 20 min. Lower Body & Rowing"

Hi ladies,

Today was Jamie McKagan 's Cardio Kickboxing from yesterday off YouTube. It was 50 minutes with abs at the end and a nice stretch. It was very good.

So now I am going to lay in the sun.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Know that I pray for you all on a daily basis.
