Daily Check in Wednesday June 19, 2019

OH. MY. WORD!!! I am soooo sore from either the new glute exercises I am doing or the new workout that I put together yesterday and then proceeded to do or the combination of the 2.

My upper thighs where they meet my hips are screaming and I am walking like an old woman,LOL!

But I managed to teach my Dance circuit to 5 ladies for 47 minutes and was drenched in sweat by the end!

Then I did 75 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes. I did manage to get 100 pounds off the rack (bench press) and part way down 3 times. So that was a 5 pound increase from Monday's try, whoohoo!!
