Hi ladies,

Great workouts yesterday! Nice to see you hanging with us Carmen!!

Today was Slow and Heavy Biceps and Triceps. This is a good series, but don't do it too often or it can become Slow and Snoozy for me...lol.

Working from home tomorrow, getting a new roof so it should be an interesting day.
 
Hi Conni,

I did 45 minutes of the Total Body Fat Blasting Taebo Workout then went to the gym for a 35 minute weight workout.

Gonna take 2 of my sons for a free movie at a local theater celebrating its 5th anniversary. Going to see Tomorrowland.

rest day for me today everyone. I just couldn't get up this morning.
